Dr. Barsil Miller Memorial High

Located in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, Dr. Barsil Miller Memorial High (a campus of the World Wide Missions School System) prepares students with both faith and practical skills. Founded to continue the legacy of service and community development, Miller High equips learners for exams and for life through hands-on programs and character formation.

Miller High offers quality education from early years through senior high, combining the Liberian curriculum with strong Christian values and vocational pathways. Students benefit from academic rigor, character formation, and new technical programs like Biomedical Technology and Electrical Technology that prepare graduates to create jobs and serve their communities.

With a safe learning environment, close parent partnership, and a mission-driven culture rooted in devotion and service, Miller High continues to honor the memory of Dr. Barsil Miller by training a new generation of ethical, skilled leaders for Grand Bassa and Liberia.

Principal's Message

A Welcome From The Principal

To the wonderful students, parents of Liberia and the world, especially, Grand Bassa and the general public: greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

At Dr. Barsil Miller Memorial High, our mission remains Christ, Character, and Excellence. Today, I am excited to announce a bold step forward in our academic standards: we are introducing Biomedical Technology, Plumbing, Electrical Technology, and Electronics Technology into our curriculum so students leave with both WAEC certificates and practical skills.

Parents, bring your children to a school where faith meets skill, and discipline meets innovation. To every young person in Buchanan: your hands can heal, build, and create. Don’t wait for jobs — learn to create them. Enrollment is now open; come, let us train the next generation together.
